Sara Oakley is an artist, teacher and owner of Art Colony Georgia and Oakley Gallery, both in downtown Gainesville. She paints and draws in several media, with a contemporary and wildly expressive style.
With over 50 years as a professional and hard-working artist, Sara still feels like her best contribution to art has been her former students who are now outstanding artists in their own right.
